A single piece of turned stainless steel, weighted at the ends and knurled through the centre third. Eight pounds — heavy enough to change what a small-range arm sequence costs you, light enough to hold overhead for a full series.
Most weighted bars are a steel tube inside a foam sleeve, which is why they roll off a bench and dent. This one is solid bar stock with a diamond knurl cut straight into the grip, so it stays where your hands put it and there is no sleeve to split.

Care
- Wipe with a damp cloth after use. Dry before it goes back in a bag.
- No solvents and no abrasive pads — they will dull the anodised surface.
- Store off a hard floor. Dropped metal marks tile and hardwood, and it marks the metal too.
Read before you order
- Do not drop it. Eight pounds of solid steel will crack tile and dent hardwood.
- Not a barbell. It is not rated for loading, racking or dropping from height.
