Shipping

Everything in this catalogue goes by parcel carrier. There is no freight, no pallet, no delivery appointment and nobody who has to be home to sign. The heaviest single item is the 8 mm mat at 6.8 lb.

That is a deliberate limit on what we sell rather than an accident. Equipment that needs a truck also needs a scheduled window and two people to move it, and we would rather sell things that simply arrive.

Standard shipping is $6 and arrives in 3–5 business days. It is free on orders over $75.

Express shipping is $16 and arrives in 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 1:00pm ET on a business day leave the same day. Orders after that, or at a weekend, leave the next business day. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned, not when the order is placed.

All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, at the same rates.

We do not ship internationally yet.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. APO and FPO addresses are fine on standard shipping but not on express.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it, and is shown as a separate line before you pay.

All prices and all charges are in USD. There are no customs duties, because we do not ship outside the United States.

Email orders@ivoryreform.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier, and if a parcel is genuinely lost we reship it rather than making you wait out a claim.

Tracking that has not moved in three business days is worth telling us about. We would rather look into it early than have you wondering.
