What to send us, and what happens next
- Something arrived damaged
- Photograph it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Carrier damage is our problem to solve, not yours to argue — we replace the item or refund you in full, including the outbound shipping.
- You want to return something
- Email orders@ivoryreform.com with the order number. We reply with a prepaid label at no cost to you — no restocking fee, and nothing deducted from the refund.
- You do not recognise a charge
- Charges from this store appear as IVORY. Email us before contacting your bank — we can identify the order in a couple of minutes, and it is a great deal quicker than a dispute.
- You are not sure of a size
- Send us the measurement of something that already fits you and we will tell you which size to order. Every garment publishes its measured body length and inseam in size M, and every weight publishes its exact mass — the Sizing page gathers all of it in one place.
