Privacy Policy

When you place an order: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, billing address, delivery address, what you ordered, and the IP address the order was placed from.

When you browse: standard server logs, and the contents of your cart, which is held in your own browser rather than on our servers until you check out.

We do not collect anything about your health, your training, your body measurements or any condition. There is no account to create, no profile, and no questionnaire.

To take payment, to deliver the order, to answer you when you email us, and to keep the transaction records we are legally required to keep.

The IP address and the billing details are also used to screen the order for fraud. That is a legitimate interest in preventing card fraud, and it protects the person whose card it is as much as it protects us.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Our payment provider, which needs the billing details to process the payment and screen it.

The carriers who deliver the order, which need the delivery address and your name.

Our email provider, to send order and delivery notifications.

Nobody else, unless we are legally required to.

Strictly necessary cookies only: one that keeps your cart between pages, and one that carries the checkout session. Both expire.

There is no advertising pixel on this site, no cross-site tracker, and no third-party analytics that identifies you personally. That is why you were not shown a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Order and transaction records for seven years, which is the retention period for financial records.

Support email for two years.

Server logs for 90 days.

Email privacy@ivoryreform.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.

Deletion has one limit: we cannot delete a transaction record we are required by law to retain. Everything else goes.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.

This store is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
