Measure something you own

A size chart of body measurements tells you about a body. A garment measurement tells you about the garment — and it is the one you can check against something already in your drawer. Every number here is the finished garment, measured flat, in size M.

How it runs

True to size

Five sizes, XS through XL, cut to standard US sizing. If you are usually an M elsewhere you are an M here.

Between sizes on a bra

The Low-Impact and Sculpt bras have no adjustment at all — no clasp, no slider. Size down for support, up for comfort.

The wrap is forgiving

Three sizes rather than five, because it is a wrap. XS/S, M/L and XL, and the fit is meant to be loose.

Socks run on shoe size

Four sizes on US shoe sizing, printed on the product page. They will shrink slightly on the first wash and then stop.

Published in pounds and kilograms, each and per pair. Two pounds is the right place to start — pilates arm work is time under tension rather than load, and a long series at 2 lb is genuinely hard.
