Built for lying on your back on a hard surface, which means no clasp, no adjuster and no ring anywhere across the spine or the shoulder blades.
A bonded under-band does the support instead of elastic, so it holds without a seam ridge. Cups are removable and there is a proper pocket for them rather than a slit. Low-impact rating, honestly stated: this is for pilates, barre and mat work, and it is not sold as a running bra.

- Line dry. Heat is what kills elastane.
