Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return anything in it, for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Unused means what it sounds like. Metal that has been used on a floor is not returnable under the change-of-mind window; metal taken out of the box, handled, and put back is. We publish the mass and the measured dimensions of everything precisely so that decision can be made before the box is opened.

Socks, ties and any apparel worn against the skin are returnable unworn with the hygiene seal intact.

Email orders@ivoryreform.com with your order number and what you are sending back. You will get a reply within one business day.

We send a prepaid shipping label. Print it, put the item back in the box it came in, and drop it off. That costs you nothing, and there is no return address for you to look up.

Nothing. Returns are free, there is no restocking fee on anything in this catalogue, and nothing is deducted from the refund.

If the item arrived damaged, arrived faulty, or is not what you ordered, you are refunded in full including the outbound shipping.

Photograph it as soon as you open it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Uncoated metal in particular can take a knock in transit, and we would rather replace it than have you live with it.

Carrier damage is our problem to solve, not yours to argue. We replace the item or refund you in full, and we deal with the carrier.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We cannot send a refund to a different card or to a bank account.

We issue the refund within 5 business days of the return arriving with us. Your bank then takes its own time — typically a further 3–5 business days — before it appears on a statement.

The refund shows on your statement under IVORY, the same line as the original charge.

Email hello@ivoryreform.com with your order number and we will cancel and refund it in full, provided it has not shipped.

Orders placed before 1:00pm ET on a business day leave the same day, so that window can be short. We will always tell you where the order actually is rather than quoting the policy at you.

Machined metal — the weights, the bar, the ring, the wheel, the foot corrector and the roller core — carries a five-year warranty against manufacturing defect and against a bearing, weld or spring failing in normal use.

Mats, bolsters, blocks, shells and bags carry a two-year warranty.

Bands, loops, socks, ties and apparel are consumable and are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defect. A band that has worn out is not a defect; a band that arrived with a nick in the edge is.

The warranty covers the original purchaser and does not cover commercial studio use, modification, or damage from dropping metal onto a hard floor.
