Ivory Reform sells studio equipment, training props, athletic apparel and accessories direct to consumers in the United States through ivoryreform.com.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you click pay.

We may decline an order — if an item is out of stock, if the price was displayed wrongly, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if the order does not pass fraud screening. If we decline after taking payment, you are refunded in full immediately.

We may limit quantities on any item.

All prices are in USD and are the amount charged. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it and shown as a separate line before you pay.

Prices can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If we get a price obviously and materially wrong, we will contact you before charging rather than quietly cancelling.

Any promotion is subject to the terms published with it at the time. Unless that promotion says otherwise: one code per order, codes cannot be combined with each other, they have no cash value, they do not apply to shipping or tax, and they expire on the date stated.

Set pricing is a permanent catalogue price rather than a promotion, and the saving against buying the contents separately is shown on the set's own page and calculated from the current individual prices.

We do not run countdown timers, artificial scarcity counters, or sales that never end. If something is on offer it has a real end date and a real reason.

Everything sold here is general fitness equipment and athletic apparel. None of it is a medical device, none of it is a therapeutic appliance, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

We make no claim that any product treats, prevents, cures or rehabilitates any condition or injury. Where a product page mentions who a product is not for, that is a safety caution, not a clinical assessment.

Exercise carries risk. If you are pregnant, post-surgical, recovering from an injury, or new to loaded movement, speak to your own clinician before starting, and work with a qualified instructor before using equipment you have not been taught on.

Use every product within its published rating and follow its instructions. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse, from modification, or from use outside those ratings. Uncoated metal will damage a hard floor if it is dropped; that is stated on the product pages and it is not a defect.

This store sells goods outright. There is no membership, no subscription, no class package, no auto-replenishment and no recurring charge of any kind.

You will never be billed by this store more than once for a single order. If you see a recurring charge from us, it is an error and we will refund it — tell us immediately.

The Ivory Reform name, the product marks, the photography and the copy on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially.

Product designs and their published specifications are ours. Reasonable personal use of the images is fine.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the seller is organised, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If something goes wrong, email hello@ivoryreform.com first. We have never had a dispute we could not settle by fixing the actual problem, and a chargeback filed before you have spoken to us takes longer to resolve than we do.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and every version is dated at the top of this page.
