A pair of solid steel weights turned to a shape that sits in a closed hand rather than across an open palm. Two pounds each, which is the weight that makes a pilates arm series hard without turning it into something else.
Solid metal means small. These are noticeably more compact than a neoprene-dipped weight of the same mass, so they do not knock together during a wide-arm sequence.

Care
- Wipe with a damp cloth after use. Dry before it goes back in a bag.
- No solvents and no abrasive pads — they will dull the anodised surface.
- Store off a hard floor. Dropped metal marks tile and hardwood, and it marks the metal too.
