A hard-anodised aluminium bar with a foot loop and two detachable latex cords, so a mat sequence gets a rope-and-pulley load without a machine in the room. Swap the cords to change resistance rather than buying a second bar.
The bar is knurled at both grips and at the centre, which is what makes single-arm work possible without the bar rotating in the hand.

Care
- Wipe the bar with a damp cloth.
- Inspect the cords for nicks before every use and retire any cord with a tear at the edge.
- Store out of direct light — UV hardens latex.
