A 14-inch sprung steel ring with pads turned from solid aluminium and lined in a thin closed-cell foam. Most rings have moulded plastic pads that dig into the inner thigh at exactly the moment you are asked to hold them there; these are wide, radiused and spread the load.
The steel is wound to a medium resistance — firm enough to feel at the inner thigh, soft enough to compress between the palms without shaking.

Care
- Wipe the pads with a damp cloth.
- Store flat or hanging. Do not stack anything heavy on it.
- Retire it if the ring takes a permanent set and no longer returns to a circle.
