Three flat bands in natural latex — light, medium and heavy — in a cotton drawstring bag. Flat rather than tubular, because a flat band spreads across the arch of a foot instead of cutting a line into it, and because a flat band that fails tears rather than snapping back.
The resistances are printed on the band itself, not just on packaging you are going to throw away.
